Job Title: Digital Project Manager
Job Location: New York, NY 10011 – hybrid working set up – Onsite every Tue/Wed/Thu
Duration: 7 months

Job Description:
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is capable of balancing multiple business / marketing projects; must have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as cross-functional team experience. Solid business judgment is critical, along with the ability to assess and analyze stakeholder needs in order to partner effectively and execute plans.
 
Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience managing digital marketing, product, and/or business-led projects. Consumer tech / mobile app experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience articulating technical concepts and presenting / delivering project status updates to executive audiences.
  • Talent for building relationships across a matrix of partners and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and proven project management, including leadership, skills.
  • Successful track record driving large-scale, time-sensitive projects.
  • Experience gathering business / user requirements and authoring briefs / program plans.
  • Innate drive to deliver results.
  • Energetic colleague with a sense of humor, curiosity, and enthusiastic approach to leading teams through high pressure moments.

 
Responsibilities / Preferred Expertise

  • Developing, leading & completing project management deliverables, including detailed project plans, seamless project implementation, and utility of [new] systems and processes.
  • Defining and managing key project milestones; quickly resolving issues and unblocking teams to mitigate risk and ensure timelines and project scope / expectations are met.
  • Liaising between cross-functional teams to ensure project needs are met; partnering closely with stakeholders to develop detailed implementation plans and deliver status updates to leadership. Drive seamless execution, communication, and overall business readiness.
  • A high level of independence as demonstrated through problem-solving skills, process evaluation, and delivery of high-quality work: strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail even under pressure, and excellent presentation skills at all level of management.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under tight deadlines, with flexibility to change course per business needs or operational conditions.
