Software Tester I – Voice Assistant data Collection

Title: Software Testing Contractor
Location: Cupertino, CA
Duration: 5 months
Pay Range: $35 to $40/hr. on w2 + benefits.

Summary:

• We are looking for a contractor to help test tools and functionalities, and work with engineers to replicate, analyze, and troubleshoot issues. 
• This role will use internal tools to install software on devices, and run through either provided or improvised test scenarios to uncover issues from our software, then generate reports and capture logs to share with engineers. 

Key Qualifications

• Quick learner.
• Strong proficiency in configuring macOS and iOS devices
• Comfortable working with Terminal on macOS
• Experience using voice assistants
• Ability to follow complex and technical guidelines typically used to setup devices for user studies and data collection.
• Integrity and respect for customer privacy and new product security guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of any scripting language such as Python and/or knowledge of software development is a plus.
