Financial Analyst III

Title: Finance Analyst III
Location: Remote (Local to West Coast)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate Range: $52 – $57/hr on W2 + benefits
There are two primary objectives for this role:
 

• Provide operational support for Invoicing for AI/Client and Annotation team. Most of the work is tracked through Email, Excel and any tracking system that is existing (or) suggested by organization. The work is prioritized as per the nature of the Job.
  • Validating the invoices against Purchase Order, Statement of Work.
  • Collaborate and Coordinate between us and various vendors partners.
  • Perform the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities and Tasks as per the defined processes.
  • Attend Review Meetings with cross functional team
  • Support project-based billing for LLM / FM
  • Metrics analysis and continuous process improvement
• Run financial analysis on excel and develop keynote presentations for senior leadership
  • Besides the above-mentioned tasks, consultant will also work on all the activities that are mutually reviewed and agreed. The work will be assigned by manager and prioritized based on work volume.

 
Required Skills include:
 

• Good with numbers
• Understanding of basic finance
• Proficiency with excel
• Good communicator both spoken and written (presentation)
